Great lunch time workouts

I don't get them in very often but I did manage today. I may have extended my lunch a little but I have to say, it was worth every minute. 55 minutes on the treadmill and then my regular 20 min workout that I usually do after the kids have gone to bed. And it felt grrrreat! And the bonus is that I don't have to do it tonight! There's nothing like a good sweat to break up the work day!
