Hmmmm.....chicken that needs to be cooked. Gale force wind outside so BBQ'ing isn't the best option. What to do....hey, I think I have some taco stuff on the pantry.

Lettuce....check
Tomato....check
Tacos...check
Taco seasoning....check
Beer...check
Throw it all together and Voilà!
