Walks after a rain

This evening I was able to go to the park and play catch with Abi and then go for a walk together. It had rained earlier and you could smell the freshness of spring all around. We had the park and the streets to ourselves and had a blast chatting about this, that and everything. I love that she's almost a teenager and still loves to walk with me and hold my hand❤️. It's times like this that I'll always treasure as I know the day is coming when friends will occupy time that I've been so blessed to have with my  little girl. No matter what, she'll always be my little girl!
